Guji has become one of the top growing regions in Ethiopia. Uraga, at the northern end of Guji zone, is the highest elevation coffee-producing area in the country at nearly 2300 masl. This coffee from the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, is a classic example of Ethiopian heirloom varietals with it's light body and florals aromas.

CUPPING NOTES: Citrus, Earl Grey Tea, Watermelon Juice

ELEVATION: 1900-2200 MASL

VARIETAL: Heirloom

PROCESS: Washed. Up to 48 hrs fermentation. Dried on raised beds under parabolic cover.

BREW METHOD TIP: Beehouse - Grind: Medium Fine (Table Salt), Dose:21.5g, Pour: 350ml, Brew Time: 2:30-3:00
